EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

EXCHANGES

We are delighted to exchange any item. If you need to exchange an item, please call us at 877-884-1517 or 970-712-0281, or email info@canyoncreeksaddlery.com within 30 days of purchase. Tell us the reason for your exchange, and what replacement item you would like. Authorization is required for all exchanges. You may send your item back to us at the address below, using the shipping method of your choice. There is no shipping charge for sending out your replacement item to you. 

 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Authorization is required for all returns. If you need to return an item, please call us at 877-884-1517 or 970-712-0281, or email info@canyoncreeksaddlery.com within 30 days of purchase to obtain authorization for your return. Once you have received authorization via email, you may send your item back to us at the address below, using the shipping method of your choice.

 

RESTOCKING FEES

Items returned for credit are subject to the following restocking fees, which will be deducted from your refund:

AUTHORIZED RETURNS:

Total Value of Items(s): Up to $49.99 -- Restocking Fee: None

Total Value of Items(s): $50.00 to $99.99 -- Restocking Fee: 10% of purchase price

Total Value of Items(s): $100.00 to $199.00 -- Restocking Fee: 15% of purchase price

Total Value of Items(s): $200.00 and above -- Restocking Fee: 20% of purchase price

This policy helps us offer you the lowest possible prices. Thank you for understanding.

 

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS:

Items returned for credit without Prior Authorization are subject to inspection for eligibility of return and a Minimum Restocking Fee of 50%. Items determined to be used or damaged will not be eligible for refund.

 

Defective Items

We work hard to ensure that the items you purchase are in perfect condition. However, if you should receive a defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange its exchange or return. 

 

Footwear

Please try on your new footwear indoors. Remember that boots or shoes showing any visible signs of wear or damage cannot be returned.  

 

Saddles & Tack

Be sure to contact us first regarding return of any saddles or tack. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted on saddles or tack and credit will not be issued. All saddles and tack must be in new condition with no wear marks, dirt or hair. Returned tack is subject to inspection. Used saddles are sold as-is and are not returnable. 

 

Custom and Special-Order Items

Custom Order items are not returnable or refundable. Cancellation of Special-Order items (such as requests to backorder an item) that have been prepaid are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

Free Local Delivery is available for Grand Junction, Colorado area residents. We’ll be happy to come on out to your place with your package.

We love shopping online and most likely you do, too, but returns and exchanges can be frustrating and time-consuming. Sometimes you may wish you had a little more information about the products you see on our site before purchasing.  We personally select, use and try all the products we carry.  We’ve tried to provide you with informative descriptions and photos, but if you have any questions at all about a product, whether about sizes, fit, materials, or you-name-it, just give us a call or email. We’ll be happy to answer your questions, and make sure you’re choosing just the right thing.
