EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We are delighted to exchange any item. If you need to exchange an item, please call us at 877-884-1517 or 970-712-0281, or email email@example.com within 30 days of purchase. Tell us the reason for your exchange, and what replacement item you would like. Authorization is required for all exchanges. You may send your item back to us at the address below, using the shipping method of your choice. There is no shipping charge for sending out your replacement item to you.
Authorization is required for all returns. If you need to return an item, please call us at 877-884-1517 or 970-712-0281, or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase to obtain authorization for your return. Once you have received authorization via email, you may send your item back to us at the address below, using the shipping method of your choice.
Items returned for credit are subject to the following restocking fees, which will be deducted from your refund:
Total Value of Items(s): Up to $49.99 -- Restocking Fee: None
Total Value of Items(s): $50.00 to $99.99 -- Restocking Fee: 10% of purchase price
Total Value of Items(s): $100.00 to $199.00 -- Restocking Fee: 15% of purchase price
Total Value of Items(s): $200.00 and above -- Restocking Fee: 20% of purchase price
This policy helps us offer you the lowest possible prices. Thank you for understanding.
Items returned for credit without Prior Authorization are subject to inspection for eligibility of return and a Minimum Restocking Fee of 50%. Items determined to be used or damaged will not be eligible for refund.
We work hard to ensure that the items you purchase are in perfect condition. However, if you should receive a defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange its exchange or return.
Please try on your new footwear indoors. Remember that boots or shoes showing any visible signs of wear or damage cannot be returned.
Saddles & Tack
Be sure to contact us first regarding return of any saddles or tack. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted on saddles or tack and credit will not be issued. All saddles and tack must be in new condition with no wear marks, dirt or hair. Returned tack is subject to inspection. Used saddles are sold as-is and are not returnable.
Custom and Special-Order Items
Custom Order items are not returnable or refundable. Cancellation of Special-Order items (such as requests to backorder an item) that have been prepaid are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
