Gift Orders

We're delighted to help make your gift-giving a little easier. If you would like to have an item gift-wrapped for you, just select "Yes, please wrap this" from the Gift Wrap drop-down on the product page. We will also remove the product's price tags (not applicable for items with no removable tag, such as some books), and if shipping to a different address, the shipment will include the packing slip only; the invoice with product prices will not be included.

Complementary Gift Cards and Package Identifiers

If you would like us to enclose a gift card for you as well, just write your message in the Notes Box at Step 4 of Checkout, and we'll send a complementary handwritten card.

If you have multiple items in your order, you might also like us to attach removable identifiers (ie, a post-it note or a tied on note) to your packages, so you know which package is which. If you think this would be helpful, you can use the Notes Box to let us know.

Limitations

At this time, we are only able to ship to one address per order. If you need to have gifts sent to multiple addresses, or need to send a gift and get something for yourself, please place a separate order for each separate shipping address.

The gift wrapping service is also unavailable for drop-shipped items (items that ship from other suppliers), or for oversized items (such as saddles and furniture). As such, you'll find the option is not available for such items.
